Measuring Process – Made Accessible Worldwide
We offer flexible measuring solutions for riders worldwide.
Most of our international clients use our detailed home measurement guide, which explains step by step how to take accurate foot and leg measurements. This allows us to create made-to-measure riding boots regardless of your location.
Once we receive your measurements, we carefully review them before production begins. In some cases, we may ask you to provide reference photos showing where and how certain measurements were taken, or request that specific points be measured again. This additional step helps us ensure accuracy and achieve the best possible fit.
Personal Measuring Appointments (Germany & Austria)
Personal measuring appointments are available exclusively in Germany and Austria. Our sales consultants regularly travel to selected equestrian facilities and conduct fittings on site.
For riders based outside these regions, the home measurement process offers a reliable and proven alternative, ensuring the same high-quality, made-to-measure result.
Design Consultation & Customisation
After measurements are finalised, we discuss every detail of your custom riding boots. Model, leather type, colour, decorative elements and functional options are selected individually to suit your riding discipline, preferences and personal style.
Our handcrafted riding boots are customised not only in size, but also in comfort, functionality and appearance.
Returning Customers – If You Have Ordered From Us Before
If we have already made riding boots for you in the past, your measurements are securely stored in our system. In many cases, a full re-measurement is not required.
However as physical changes can occur over time, we may recommend verifying certain key measurements before confirming a new order. This can usually be done easily at home if needed.
Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once measurements and design details have been confirmed, the order becomes binding. To begin production, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required.
Production Time for Custom Riding Boots
Production time for custom made riding boots is typically around 12 weeks, depending on the selected model and options. The estimated timeframe is confirmed individually for each order before production begins
Shipping & Delivery
We offer reliable shipping within the European Union. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are confirmed individually with each order.
International shipping outside the European Union is also possible. As shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and local regulations vary by country, non-EU orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We are happy to check shipping options and conditions for your country upon request before finalising your order.
Once the final payment has been received, your custom riding boots are shipped via courier service to the agreed delivery address or handed over personally by prior arrangement.
