All Euroboots boots are individually made based on the measurements and specifications approved before production.
Because each pair is custom-made, differences in initial feel, firmness, or comfort may occur. Natural leather is a living material that gradually adapts to the rider during use, and a break-in period is a normal and necessary part of this process.

6. Notes Regarding Sizing
All boots are produced individually based on the measurements and specifications approved before production.
Please note that the fit and feel of riding boots may vary from person to person. Individual comfort expectations and personal preference are subjective and do not in themselves indicate a manufacturing defect.
New leather boots may feel firm at first, especially in the shaft area. Leather gradually softens, stretches slightly, and adapts to the leg during use. Initial tightness or a stiff zipper does not indicate a defect.
The shaft height is determined individually based on the customer’s request. During production, an additional 2 cm is added to the specified height, as the boots naturally drop during wear. Customers are informed about this during the ordering process.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

All adjustments are carried out in a way that preserves the appearance, aesthetics, and original design of the product.
If the inspection determines that the issue is professionally justified and the product cannot be properly repaired or modified, a remake may be offered based on individual assessment.
