Made-to-measure boots are created based on your exact foot and leg measurements rather than standard sizing. Your leg and foot are measured at 12 specific points, allowing the boots to follow your natural shape precisely and provide maximum comfort while riding.
Individual craftsmanship means that you are also able to design your boots according to your personal preferences. The model, type of leather, color, decorative elements, and every fine detail can be selected to suit your style and riding needs.
A range of comfort-enhancing options is also available. You may choose additional cushioning, a special insole, or if you already use a well-fitting insole we can incorporate it into the measurement process to ensure the final boots fit perfectly in every aspect.
As a result, each pair of boots is a true one-of-a-kind piece, tailored not only in size but also in comfort, functionality, and style.
In addition to our custom made-to-measure boots, we also offer a selection of ready-to-wear products. Our range includes black ready-to-wear paddock boots available in five different models, as well as standard mini chaps. From time to time, we also offer outlet pieces that are available for immediate purchase.
A full new measurement is not always required. We securely retain your previous measurements; however, at minimum, the calf measurement must be checked again before placing a new order.
Even minor weight fluctuations can affect the fit of riding boots, particularly around the calf area. A new measurement is therefore strongly recommended after pregnancy, as well as if you have significantly increased your level of riding, running, or other physical training, as these activities can alter muscle shape and volume.
It is also important to note that even if your previous boots or leg protectors still feel comfortable, your measurements may still have changed. Leather naturally adapts and stretches with the shape of the leg over time. For this reason, we recommend a quick verification measurement prior to ordering, which can also be carried out by you at home.
Prices depend on the selected model and any chosen decorative or customization options. All prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Upon placing an order, a 50% deposit is required, which can be paid by bank transfer or in cash.
The remaining balance is due once the boots are completed. As the previously agreed production time approaches, we will send you an email with the final invoice, so we kindly ask you to monitor your emails during this period.
The outstanding amount must be paid in advance by bank transfer. As soon as the payment is received, the product is dispatched immediately via GLS. Shipping confirmation and tracking details are sent by email.
Yes, a company invoice can be issued. This must be requested in advance at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or reissue invoices retroactively.
To issue a company invoice, a valid EU VAT number must be provided in advance.
As all of our boots are made to measure and crafted according to individual specifications, order modifications are possible within one week of placing the order, provided that standard production timelines apply. After this period, the production process begins, and the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
The 50% deposit paid at the time of ordering covers production preparation and material sourcing and is therefore non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Production time may vary depending on our current order volume. In general, the production of one pair of boots takes approximately 12 weeks. The exact production timeframe is confirmed individually for each order in advance.
Yes, in certain cases express production is available, subject to our current production capacity. In such cases, the order receives priority handling, and the production timeline is agreed individually.
Express production is available for an additional fee.
Your order is shipped via GLS courier service to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering. If there is any change to the delivery address during the production period, it must be communicated to us immediately.
Once the final invoice has been paid, the boots are dispatched automatically. For this reason, if you know at the time of payment that you will be unavailable to receive the shipment (for example due to travel or vacation) during the following week, and no one else will be able to accept the delivery at the given address, please inform us in advance so that we can coordinate delivery accordingly.
In some cases, and by prior arrangement at the time of ordering, our sales representatives may deliver the finished boots personally to a stable during a scheduled fitting visit. This option is available exclusively by advance agreement and cannot be requested retrospectively.
Alternatively, your order can be collected in person at our showroom by prior appointment.
The shipping method and delivery details are always confirmed when the order is finalized.
If the boots are delivered by courier and you experience any fitting issues, we will assess the situation together and, if necessary, the boots will need to be returned to us so that adjustments can be made. Any issue must be reported by email.
Please note that riding boots typically reach their final shape after the first 3–4 rides, as the leather naturally adapts to the leg. For this reason, it is possible that the boots become more comfortable after a short period of use. We therefore recommend wearing the boots first, and if the issue persists, we will carry out the necessary adjustment afterward.
Post-fitting adjustments are carried out free of charge within one month of delivery, provided that your measurements have not changed in the meantime. After this period, or if the size change is due to personal factors, adjustments are available for an additional fee.

Yes, all of our products are covered by warranty and statutory guarantee in accordance with applicable laws and our Terms and Conditions.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not apply to issues resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or external damage. Detailed information regarding warranty and statutory guarantee conditions can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Yes, we offer post-delivery repairs, servicing, and—in certain cases—fit adjustments, exclusively for products manufactured by us.
All post-warranty or subsequent repairs and adjustments are subject to a prior inspection, during which we determine whether the requested modification is technically feasible and provide a quotation for the service. To support this assessment, we kindly ask that clear photos showing the issue be sent to us by email in advance. Based on these images, we can advise whether the issue can be resolved, how it can be addressed, and provide an estimated cost. The duration of the repair or adjustment depends on the nature of the issue or request, and the estimated timeframe is always communicated in advance.
Products can only be accepted in a clean condition. If the item is sent by post, please include the completed repair form, which can be downloaded from our website. If a product arrives in an unsuitable condition, it will either be returned to the sender or a cleaning fee will be charged.
Warranty repairs are carried out free of charge, in accordance with applicable terms. Post-warranty repairs, servicing, and fit adjustments, including those required due to personal size changes, are subject to individual pricing.
Please note that not all size changes can be corrected. However, in many cases, we are able to improve the comfort and fit of the boots.

Yes, gift vouchers are available if you would like to surprise someone. Gift vouchers can be ordered in any value and are issued in the name of the recipient.
Once the amount has been paid in advance, the gift voucher is sent by email in a printable format to the provided email address.
A gift voucher won at a competition can be redeemed toward the purchase of any of our products.
If the value of the selected product exceeds the amount of the voucher, the difference can be paid as a top-up. If the value of the voucher is higher than the price of the selected product, the remaining balance is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another order.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used after their expiration date.
