Repairs & Alterations

Our repair and alteration services are available exclusively for riding boots manufactured by us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept boots from other brands.

To ensure that repairs and alterations can be carried out efficiently and precisely, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines.

How does the repair process work?

Please download the repair form from our website and include it fully completed in the package. The form helps us clearly identify the boots sent in and correctly carry out the requested work.

We reserve the right to refuse repairs or alterations if they are technically not feasible or if the condition of the boots does not allow for professional execution. In such cases, we will of course contact you.

If you are unsure whether a repair or alteration is technically possible, please contact us by email before sending the boots and, if possible, attach clear photos of the affected areas. We will be happy to provide an initial assessment.

Please send the boots in a cleaned condition whenever possible. Heavily soiled boots may be subject to a cleaning fee of 20 €.

As we receive a large number of repairs, it is especially important that all contact details (name, address, telephone number, email address) are fully provided on the form and that the requested repairs or alterations are described clearly and precisely. Only the work specified in writing will be carried out.

Shipping information

Please do not include any accessories with the boots, such as spurs, spur straps, boot bags, boot trees, insoles, or similar items. We cannot assume responsibility for such items.

For sole repairs, both boots (left and right) must always be sent in, even if only one boot appears to be affected.

Invoice & return shipment

After completion of the repair, the invoice will be sent to you by email. Once payment has been received, the boots will be returned via GLS to the delivery address provided on the repair form.

Processing time and assessment

All repairs and alterations are carried out in our workshop. The average processing time is approximately 4 weeks from receipt of the boots.

As soon as the repair is completed and the boots are dispatched, you will be informed by email.
